Pets Policy
Elizabeth Gardens has a no pet policy, therefore pets are not allowed in the building.
Noise and Balcony Usage
Residents are asked to consider other occupants when it comes to excessive noise. The balconies at Elizabeth Gardens are situated in such a way that noise does tend to carry, so please be aware of this. Also note that barbecues of any kind are not permitted on Elizabeth Gardens balconies.
Fire Safety Compliance
Elizabeth Gardens completed a fire compliance upgrade to current standards in 2009.
Unit Maintenance
Interior maintenance of a unit is the responsibility of the unit owner. Tenants should contact their letting agent for any queries. Agents should contact the shareholder or managing agent to make any repair arrangements.
Common Areas
Please contact the managing agent for all matters relating to common areas.
New Owners

Rental of Units
